The Elite Advanced Fired-Tube is not just your typical fire tube, but a total redesign. The unique patent pending features making up the AFT are not for the sake of change, but rather take a form follows function approach, with each addressing a specific issue. From burner head to combustion gas flow, the AFT changes the way we heat oil and positions itself to become the new standard.
ASME construction ensures quality standards are met.
Full length modulating, low-Nox burner increases efficiency, reduces emissions and ensures uniform heating along the entire burner.
Incorporated sediment wash is available to prevent external tube fouling
causing hot spots and eventual failures.


How AFT Works
Replacing the standard U-Section with multiple ”Ladder” flues, ensures a balanced flow path for products of combustion.
Combined with a full length Metal fiber burner, ensures a uniform heat profile along the burner length.
Removes typical U-pipe stress concentrations resulting in fewer weld failures.
Variable premix combustion blower and independently variable gas valve allow for proper fuel air ratios resulting in optimum efficiency and lowest emissions.
Plc control allows for 5:1 burner modulation allowing for fewer on/off cycles and increasing efficiency.
HMI touch screen with Modbus TCP connectivity provides all operating information to operator and remote scada.
Optional sediment wash system prevents solids build up causing hot spots and tube over heating.
Wash system suction line can be customized to pull vessel fluids from a desired vessel location.
Wash system can be intermittent with an adjustable frequency.
